I've decided to share some recipes I've adapted and created for a diet I'm currently on. I will leave that program unnamed, as this page is not endorsed by them. But, in this plan, I have days where I can only have fruits and veggies, no grains, no meats, no dairy, no sugars, and no added oils other than those naturally occurring within the fruit and veggies. I wanted to share these with anyone looking for recipes for just such a diet.
